This website (the “Site”) is operated by PainandRelief.com (collectively, “Pain & Relief”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). We are based in the Czech Republic, European Union. The Site provides informational content, comparisons, reviews, and links to third-party products and services related to comfort, mobility, wellness, and pain management (the “Services”).

The Site is accessible internationally. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (the “Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PAIN & RELIEF OR OUR DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF (OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE) THE SITE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SITE SHALL NOT EXCEED EUR 100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US, IF ANY, IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM—WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
